Bitstamp Crypto Pulse Report Welcome to the first ever Bitstamp Crypto Pulse report — a truly global barometer of trust and adoption of cryptocurrency around the world. We’ve spoken to 5,502 institutional investment decision makers and 23,113 retail investors from 23 countries across North America, Latin America, Europe, Africa, The Middle East, and Asia-Pacific to understand the attitudes, applications and ambitions for crypto, now and in the near future. We found that there is an overwhelming belief in crypto’s potential. This goes from it becoming a whole alternative to digital-first payments networks in emerging economies to a significant portion of respondents in two founding members of the European project — France and Germany — believing that crypto could overtake the Euro.
